Catherine Howe joined McCallum Sweeney Consulting as a consultant in January, 2008.

Presently, Ms. Howe is providing site evaluation and labor analysis on a number of major site location projects including a confidential renewable energy project, a pharmaceutical project, and a metalworking project. She is also supporting a major economic development assignment for Mississippi Power.

Ms. Howe graduated from Clemson University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Trade. Ms. Howe’s educational experience also included two study abroad programs in France: Ecole Supérieure d’Agriculture d’Angers as well as Le Centre d’Aix. Her professional background includes internships with Four Points Logistics in Charleston, South Carolina; and Steptoe and Johnson Law Firm in Charleston, West Virginia.

She is a member of the Association of Public Data Users (APDU).
