A 1,300-acre portion of the Cecil Commerce Center has been certified as a "megasite". The site is located in the northernmost portion of Cecil Commerce Center adjacent to I-10 and CSX rail. The evalulation took place as part of a larger search by Jacksonville-based CSX Transportation, Inc.
