McCallum Sweeney Consulting client Nissan announced yesterday it will be relocating its North American headquarters from Los Angeles, CA to Nashville, TN. The headquarters is expected to employ 1,300 people and will be housed in a new $70 million headquarters building in Franklin, TN.

McCallum Sweeney Consulting (MSC) provided site selection, incentive negotiation, and overall project management services to Nissan for this effort. MSC activities included an unprecedented benchmarking effort relative to other headquarters operations and relocations as well as comprehensive in-depth financial modeling and successful incentive negotiations. A significant number of United States locations were considered over the course of the project.
