McCallum Sweeney Consulting completed a unique, integrated economic plan and program development project for the Eastern South Carolina Alliance, a new seven-county regional economic development agency in the northeast area of South Carolina. The program involved the coordinated completion of a strategic assessment, marketing assessment, target industry identification, brand positioning strategy, and communication plan development. The project was designed to bring the new economic development agency from start-up to strong market presence in less than one year. This was accomplished with a unique, integrated approach that required close coordinated efforts between McCallum Sweeney Consulting and Rawle Murdy Associates, a Charleston, SC communications firm.
