TVA officials announced today that the Wellspring project property in Tupelo, MS has been certified as a megasite by McCallum Sweeney Consulting. The site was created by the three county PUL Alliance (Pontotoc, Union, Lee) and completed the certification process designed and implemented for TVA by McCallum Sweeney Consulting.
