TVA has sold four megasites that were certified by McCallum Sweeney Consulting to:
- Volkswagen, Chattanooga, TN, 1,600-acre assembly plant
- Toyota, Tupelo, MS, 1,700-acre assembly plant
- PACCAR, Columbus, MS, 1,800-acre truck engine plant
- SeverCorr, Columbus, MS, 1,400-acre steel mill.
