Bryan Mitchell is a consultant with McCallum Sweeney Consulting (MSC), providing site selection services and economic development consulting to companies and organizations worldwide. Recent MSC clients include LM Glasfiber, PACCAR, Berg Pipe, Cytec Materials, Oreck, Nissan, and Michelin.

Mr. Mitchell is currently serving as project manager on two significant economic development assignments for confidential clients, one of which will have a major impact in the site selection industry. He also supported the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Mega-Site Certification Program over the last two years. Recent experience in location consulting includes a new North American spiral steel pipe plant for Berg Steel Pipe Corporation and manufacturing operations for Oreck Corporation. Mr. Mitchell also assisted with the location decisions of distribution warehouses for Dollar General.

Presently, Mr. Mitchell is supporting a site selection project for an advanced manufacturing company that produces equipment for the chemical and energy industries. He is also providing site evaluation and labor analysis on a number of major site location projects. His professional background includes internships with the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and the Clemson University Office of Land Management.

Mr. Mitchell graduated with a Masters of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University in 2005 with an emphasis in development planning. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. His professional memberships include the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the South Carolina Economic Developers Association (SCEDA).
